Welcome to BLKRG Eats (“we,” “our,” “us”). By placing an order, accessing our website, or engaging with our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before ordering.

1. SERVICE OVERVIEW

BLKRG Eats operates as a delivery and pickup service for limited-run food drops under the brands Burger Bitch, SZN’D, and Trap Tacos. All menus are subject to change without notice based on availability, season, and demand.

2. ORDERING & PAYMENT

All orders are pre-order only unless otherwise stated. Orders must be placed and paid in full through our approved payment methods before the cutoff time for each drop. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

3. DELIVERY & PICKUP

Delivery Radius: We deliver within the ZIP codes listed on our website at the time of order. Delivery Windows: We provide estimated delivery times but do not guarantee exact times due to traffic, weather, or operational factors. Pickup: If you select pickup, you are responsible for collecting your order at the agreed time and location. Orders not picked up within 30 minutes of the scheduled time may be discarded with no refund.

4. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order is placed. If there is an error with your order, you must contact us within 1 hour of delivery or pickup for resolution. We are not responsible for food quality issues resulting from delays in pickup, reheating, or storage after delivery.

5. ALLERGENS & DIETARY RESTRICTIONS

Our food is prepared in a shared kitchen and may come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to: peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, soy, wheat, shellfish, and eggs. Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions should exercise caution and contact us before ordering.

6. LIABILITY

By purchasing and consuming our food, you agree that BLKRG, Burger Bitch, SZN’D, Trap Tacos, and all associated parties are not liable for any injury, illness, allergic reaction, or other issues arising from consumption. You are responsible for ensuring your delivery address and contact information are correct at the time of order.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, branding, logos, images, and menus associated with that BLKRG, Burger Bitch, SZN’D, Trap Tacos are the exclusive property of BLKRG and may not be copied, used, or distributed without written permission.

8. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be posted on our website.
